Notifications to be presented at the congress will be decided according to the acceptance approval of the scientific committee.

A researcher can apply with maximum three presentations as a responsible author.

In order for the notices to be included in the congress program and the abstract book, as well as to avoid any problems in the final registration, the participants are required to send their bank receipt to the congress secretariat e-mail address indicating that they have paid the registration fees. After the receipt has been received by the congress secretariat, a 'Document of Acceptance' will be sent to the participant. (
* Accommodation, food and beverage fees for instructors and students are included in the registration fee.
* Registered Instructor can submit a maximum of 2 papers.
